會(huì)員申請(qǐng)指南
? 聯(lián)盟成員的基本條件
? 具有合法獨(dú)立法人資格的企業(yè)、社團(tuán)或獨(dú)立民事行為的個(gè)人；
? 良好的企業(yè)信用或個(gè)人信用；
? 自愿申請(qǐng)，承認(rèn)并遵守本章程，自愿支持《計(jì)劃》的實(shí)施；
? 從事或準(zhǔn)備從事無(wú)人系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的研發(fā)、制造、服務(wù)的企事業(yè)單位、高等院校、科研院所及相關(guān)組織機(jī)構(gòu)或個(gè)人；
? 無(wú)人系統(tǒng)相關(guān)配套產(chǎn)品、應(yīng)用單位的相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)；
? 享受聯(lián)盟成員權(quán)利，承擔(dān)聯(lián)盟成員義務(wù)；
? 聯(lián)盟成員之間的債權(quán)債務(wù)關(guān)系與聯(lián)盟無(wú)關(guān)。
? Basic Requirements for AUVSC Membership
? Enterprises and societies with the status of independent legal entities or individuals with the capacity for civil conduct;
? Good business standing and personal credit record;
? Voluntarily apply for membership, acknowledge and abide by relevant regulations in this constitution, voluntarily support the implementation of “the Plan”;
? Enterprises and public institutions, institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutions, relevant organizations and individuals who undertake or plan to undertake R&D, manufacturing, services in the unmanned vehicle systems industry;
? Relevant organizations concerning peripheral products and applications of unmanned vehicle systems;
? Enjoy rights and undertake obligations as an AUVSC member;
? 聯(lián)盟成員的基本權(quán)利
? 參與討論和表決聯(lián)盟發(fā)展相關(guān)的重大決策、決議和其他事項(xiàng)，具有表決權(quán)、選舉權(quán)和被選舉權(quán)；
? 有權(quán)向聯(lián)盟提交議案，對(duì)聯(lián)盟工作提出建議，并進(jìn)行監(jiān)督；
? 有權(quán)申請(qǐng)成為理事會(huì)成員；
? 有權(quán)參加聯(lián)盟組織的交流、培訓(xùn)、展覽、國(guó)際合作等活動(dòng)；
? 享有使用聯(lián)盟公共信息的權(quán)利；
? 享有優(yōu)先與聯(lián)盟成員相互協(xié)作的權(quán)利；
? 有權(quán)獲得聯(lián)盟提供的其他服務(wù)；
? 對(duì)聯(lián)盟項(xiàng)目參與的優(yōu)先權(quán)和優(yōu)惠權(quán)；
? 享有自由退出聯(lián)盟的權(quán)利。
? Basic Rights of an AUVSC Member
? Participate in the discussion and vote for important policies, resolutions and other matters related to the development of AUVSC, have the right to vote and to stand as a candidate at elections;
? Have the right to submit proposals to AUVSC, provide suggestions for AUVSC activities, supervise AUVSC activities;
? Have the right to apply to be a member of the council;
? Have the right to participate in exchanges, trainings, exhibitions, international cooperation and other activities organized by AUVSC;
? Have access to public information of AUVSC;
? Have the preferential right to cooperate with AUVSC members;
? Have access to other services of AUVSC;
? Have the priority right and the preferential right to participate in AUVSC projects； Have the right to terminate membership freely.
? 聯(lián)盟成員的基本義務(wù)
? 遵守聯(lián)盟章程、制度和相關(guān)協(xié)議，執(zhí)行聯(lián)盟決議；
? 宣傳聯(lián)盟宗旨，維護(hù)聯(lián)盟形象；
? 保守聯(lián)盟的商業(yè)秘密；
? 及時(shí)向聯(lián)盟反映企業(yè)相關(guān)信息，并提供有關(guān)資料；
? 積極參與技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)、市場(chǎng)推廣、合作應(yīng)用及產(chǎn)業(yè)化；
? 積極承擔(dān)和配合聯(lián)盟的各項(xiàng)工作；
? 維護(hù)聯(lián)盟的利益和合法權(quán)益；
? 未經(jīng)理事會(huì)書(shū)面授權(quán)，不得以聯(lián)盟名義開(kāi)展任何活動(dòng)；
? 任何聯(lián)盟成員違反本章程和國(guó)家法律法規(guī)，給聯(lián)盟或其成員帶來(lái)?yè)p失的，須承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任；
? 按聯(lián)盟規(guī)定自愿向“通用航空及無(wú)人系統(tǒng)公益基金”捐贈(zèng)部分利潤(rùn)作為公益支持。
? Basic Obligations of AUVSC Members
? Abide by AUVSC constitution, regulations and relevant agreements,execute AUVSC resolutions;
Disseminate objectives of AUVSC, maintain a positive image of AUVSC;
? Keep business secrets of AUVSC confidential;Update enterprise information with AUVSC in a timely manner and submit relevant materials;
? Take an active part in technology R&D, marketing and cooperation for application and industrialization;
? Actively undertake and support activities of AUVSC;
? Protect interests and legal rights of AUVSC;
? Undertake no activities in the name of AUVSC without written authorization of the council;
? Indemnify any losses of AUVSC or other members caused by violation of this constitution and laws and regulations of China;
? Voluntarily donate part of business profits to “Charitable Foundation for General Aviation and Unmanned Vehicle Systems”, as regulated by AUVSC,to promote public welfare.
